Really happy with my counter top bin for food scraps. So much better than the ones council provide. No smell no mess. Bags are great too
It is small but useful for our 3-person household. Fits in a small pull out cupboard nicely, no odours oozing out, easy to lift out with the strong handle, easy to empty and rinse afterwards.
For the first couple of months it stayed the same colour - no staining. After that the stains started - why not before I don't know - we have the same food going in most days. Yes, it is not seen by anyone but us, but in your head when you clean something, it is hard to get past the fact that there are still marks on the bottom and walls of the compost bin. We mostly have banana skins, potato peel, carrot peel etc, spinach leaves that are no longer fresh etc.
Great sturdy compost bin as described in the blurb online. Very happy with it.
I have had this bin for a long time but because it has holes at the top it attracts a ton of fruit flies. I have a plastic bag liner which does not help. I even tried sticking up the holes but it does not help unfortunately.
Nice looking, sturdy and easy to use..... would love to know where to buy more charcoal filters.... 5 star if I can get them.

Looks nice. However, Bamboo is easily broken. Kept ours on the bench, which is by a window- I wouldn’t say it get that much sun but it didn’t take much, after 6 months itcracked down the sides. Also sun has caused expansion so lid is difficult to get in and off. Must be kept in shade.

I love this bin, its the perfect size for my bench top, is sturdy, holds plenty of food waste, easy use handle for transporting full bin to my large outdoor compost bin and absolutely best of all the charcoal filter in the lid stops all smells. I love it.
