Our FMCG products are essentials so we're still operational

With the latest news that Auckland is back in Level 3 we just wanted to give you a quick update to assure you that we're here, still operational, so you'll still have access to our great products.

Online, phone and email orders only

We have discouraged pick-ups from our warehouse for some time. Please note that, inline with the latest government announcement, this will be strictly enforced. Your orders will continue to be filled and shipped by our usual courier service.

Supermarket orders will be prioritised

Please understand that we will be prioritising key FMCG resellers, like the supermarkets, should they experience high demand. But rest assured, we're in a good stock situation, and we'll keep all other orders going out too.

If couriers come under pressure, please be patient

Last time we moved through the COVID response levels, we saw our courier services come under pressure. We're not aware of any delays currently but if they do arise we'll keep you in the loop.
