There’s already so much plastic on earth – we can (and should!) recycle it.
We’ve diverted tons of post-consumer plastic content (such as food wrappers, bread bags, courier packs and bubble wrap) from landfill and reused it the production of recycled plastic bags.
When plastics are reused, and made into new products, the production does not require additional fossil fuels for raw material, making it much less intensive on the environment. And, more good news, they’re just as strong as virgin plastics and can be recycled over again.
